BEGIN

Beginning here does not require clarity.

It starts with a conversation - a chance to slow down, listen together, and feel whether the work is aligned.

Our first meeting is an orientation session.

It’s a space to:

  • speak honestly about what feels alive or unresolved

  • ask questions about how the work is held

  • sense whether this way of working feels supportive

  • determine, together, whether continuing makes sense

This conversation is about discernment, not commitment.

This is not an intake or assessment.

It’s not about diagnosis or goal-setting.

It’s about noticing what happens when presence and attention are given space
and whether that feels like a place you want to return to.

Sessions are one-on-one and held remotely unless otherwise arranged.

Details around scheduling, fees, and rhythm are discussed directly and transparently during our initial conversation.

I keep my practice intentionally small so the work can remain attentive and unhurried.

Reach out when the timing feels right.
