BEGIN
Beginning here does not require clarity.
It starts with a conversation - a chance to slow down, listen together, and feel whether the work is aligned.
Our first meeting is an orientation session.
It’s a space to:
speak honestly about what feels alive or unresolved
ask questions about how the work is held
sense whether this way of working feels supportive
determine, together, whether continuing makes sense
This conversation is about discernment, not commitment.
This is not an intake or assessment.
It’s not about diagnosis or goal-setting.
It’s about noticing what happens when presence and attention are given space
and whether that feels like a place you want to return to.
Sessions are one-on-one and held remotely unless otherwise arranged.
Details around scheduling, fees, and rhythm are discussed directly and transparently during our initial conversation.
I keep my practice intentionally small so the work can remain attentive and unhurried.
Reach out when the timing feels right.
